electricity

  1. (a) electricity in any form, including electricity as deliverable through the Balancing and Settlement Code;
  2. (b) any right that relates to electricity, for example the right under a contract or otherwise to require a person to take any action in relation to electricity, including:
    1. (i) supplying electricity to any person or accepting supply of electricity; or
    2. (ii) providing any information or notice in relation to electricity; or
    3. (iii) making any payment in relation to the supply or no supply, or acceptance or non-acceptance of supply, of electricity.2
