53(in ICOBS 6B and SUP 16.28) a contract of insurance that provides insurance against loss of or damage to, or cover against the risks of incurring loss of or damage to, any of the following:

1. (a) the structure of domestic properties;
2. (b) the contents of domestic properties;
3. (c) liabilities to third parties where:
   1. (i) the liabilities arise out of injuries sustained within the boundary of a domestic property; and
   2. (ii) the cover is provided in relation to either the structure or contents of a domestic property.
