- (a) the person providing credit under a credit agreement, or
- (b) a person who exercises, or has the right to exercise, the rights and duties of a person who provided credit under such an agreement; or
- (c) in relation to a P2P agreement other than a credit agreement or a regulated mortgage contract:68
- (i) a person providing credit under a P2P agreement; or68
- (ii) a person who by assignment or operation of law has assumed the rights of a person who provided credit under a P2P agreement.68
