1. (a) the constitution, management and operation of ACSs;
2. (b) the powers, duties, rights, and liabilities of the authorised fund manager and depositary of any such scheme;
3. (c) the rights and duties of the participants in any such scheme; and
4. (d) the winding up of any such scheme.
