UCITS marketing notification

43(in COLL) a notification in respect of a UCITS scheme, for the purpose of marketing units in another EEA State, pursuant to:

1. (a) paragraph 20B(5) (Notice of intention to market) of Schedule 3 (EEA Passport Rights) to the Act; or
1. (b) article 46 of the Council Directive of 20 December 1985 on the co-ordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) (No 85/611/EEC).
