82193(in accordance with regulation 2(1) of the Electronic Money Regulations):

1. (a) a person included by the191 FCA 191 in the191 Financial Services Register 191 as an authorised electronic money institution pursuant to regulation 4(1)(a) of the Electronic Money Regulations; or
2. (b) a person deemed to have been granted authorisation 191by virtue of regulation 74 of the Electronic Money Regulations.
