1. (in relation to a firm) all counterparties which:
  1. (1) are listed in the firm's non-core large exposures group permission;
  2. (2) satisfy the conditions in IFPRU 8.2.6 R (Intra-group exposures: non-core large exposures group); and
  3. (3) for which exposures are exempted, under article 400(2)(c) of the EU CRR (Exemptions), from the application of article 395(1) of the EU CRR (Limits to large exposures).
