      1. (a) packaged products as described in COBS 6.3.7 G which contains the Key facts logo, headings and text described in COBS 6 Annex 1; 65
      1. (b) stakeholder products as described in COBS 9.6.9 R (Disclosure at first contact) which contains the Key facts logo, headings and text described in COBS 6 Annex 1; 65
      1. (c) a regulated mortgage contract other than a lifetime mortgage as required by MCOB 4.4.1 R (1) and set out in MCOB 4 Annex 1;
      1. (d) an equity release transaction as required by MCOB 4.4.1 R (1) and set out in MCOB 8 Annex 1;
      1. 47 (e) a home purchase plan as required by MCOB 4.10.2 R and set out in MCOB 4 Annex 1; or
      1. (f) a non-investment insurance contract in accordance with 70 ICOBS 4.5.1 G 70 and set out in70 ICOBS 4 Annex 1 70 .
