34(in accordance with Article 4(16) of the Banking Consolidation Directive and Article 2 of the Capital Adequacy Directive (Definitions)) a parent institution in a Member State which is not a subsidiary undertaking of another institution authorised in any EEA State, or of a financial holding company set up in any EEA State.
