(1) (in relation to a UK RIE) the independent person appointed under arrangements referred to in paragraph 9(3) of the Schedule to the Recognition Requirements Regulations to investigate a complaint and to report on the result of his investigation to that RIE and to the complainant.
(2) (in relation to a UK RCH) the independent person appointed under arrangements referred to in paragraph 23(3) of the Schedule to the Recognition Requirements Regulations to investigate a complaint and to report on the result of his investigation to that RCH and to the complainant.3
125(3) (in relation to an RAP) the independent person appointed under arrangements referred to in regulations 22 and 23 of the RAP regulations to investigate a complaint and to report on the result of his investigation to that RAP and to the complainant.
