(1) (in relation to a UK RIE) the independent person appointed under arrangements referred to in paragraph 9(3) of the Schedule to the Recognition Requirements Regulations to investigate a complaint and to report on the result of his investigation to that RIE and to the complainant.
(2) (in relation to a UK RCH) the independent person appointed under arrangements referred to in paragraph 23(3) of the Schedule to the Recognition Requirements Regulations to investigate a complaint and to report on the result of his investigation to that RCH and to the complainant.3
