13a group of persons (at least one of which is a UK regulated entity75 that is a credit institution or an investment firm) who:

1. (a) form a group in respect of which the consolidated capital adequacy requirements for the banking sector or the investment services sector under the appropriate regulator’s sectoral rules apply.83
