For the purposes of these rules, references to a prospectus include: |
For UKLR 20.4.8R, a period of 6 years following IP completion day. For UKLR 7.3.6R, UKLR 7.3.7R, UKLR 10.1.3R and UKLR 10.4.1R, an indefinite period of time. |
