SUP 14.5 Variation of a top-up permission to carry on regulated activities outside the scope of the Single Market Directives

Where an incoming EEA firm has been granted top-up permission by the FSA and wishes to vary that permission, the Act requires it to apply to the FSA for a variation of the top-up permission. 1
