1(1) LR 9.8 does not apply to a listed company with a financial year ending before 30 September 2013, or to a listed company with a financial year ending on or after 30 September 2013 whose annual financial report has been made public on or before 13 December 2013. (2) A listed company with a financial year ending before 30 September 2013, or a listed company with a financial year ending on or after 30 September 2013 whose annual financial report has been made public on or before 13 December 2013, must instead comply with the requirements set out in LR App 2. |
