LR 21.1 Application

1This chapter applies to a sovereign controlled commercial company applying for, or with, a premium listing (sovereign controlled commercial company).

1LR 21.2 to LR 21.5 apply in respect of a premium listing (sovereign controlled commercial company) of equity shares.

1LR 21.6 to LR 21.10 apply in respect of a premium listing (sovereign controlled commercial company) of certificates representing shares and apply to:

1. (1)

   a depositary; and

2. (2)

   an issuer of the equity shares which are represented by certificates.
