ELM 7.1.1G27/04/2002

The effect of ELM 1.1.1 R to ELM 1.1.3 R is that this chapter:

(1)
applies to an ELMI that is a member of a group;
(2)
does not apply to:
1. (a)
  a lead regulated firm; or
2. (b)
  an incoming EEA firm; or
3. (c)
  an incoming Treaty firm.
