General levy

Annual invoice from FOS Ltd

(1) On or before the later of 1 April and 30 calendar days after the date when the invoice is issued by FOS Ltd; or

(2) for amounts exceeding the minimum levy, quarterly, at the beginning of each quarter, by direct debit.

Amount of relevant business according to applicable tariff base; or minimum levy.
