   Section 139A (Power of the FCA to give guidance);

3. (3)

   Section 166(9) (Reports by skilled persons);

4. (4)

   Section 166A(9) (Appointment of skilled person to collect and update information);

5. (5)

   Section 312M (Power to make rules);

6. (6)

   Section 312P (Information gathering and investigations); and

7. (7)

   paragraph 23 (Fees) of Part 3 (Penalties and Fees) of Schedule 1ZA (The Financial Conduct Authority).
