CTPS 15.1 Record keeping

1A critical third party must arrange for orderly records to be kept of its business and internal organisation, in so far as they concern the provision of systemic third party services to firms, which must be sufficient to enable each regulator to:

1. (1)

   perform its oversight functions; and

2. (2)

   ascertain whether or not the critical third party has complied with its CTP duties.
