CTPS 12.1 Costs of skilled persons reports

1Where a regulator appoints a skilled person under section 166(3)(b) or section 166A(2)(b) of the Act as applied by section 312P of the Act, the expenses incurred by the regulator in relation to that appointment will be payable to it by the critical third party or, as the case may be, the person connected with a critical third party. In the case of the FCA, this is provided for by FEES 3.2.7R (Table of application, notification, vetting and other fees payable to the FCA).
