cryptoasset safeguarding class

a class of cryptoasset in which all the cryptoassets:

  1. (a) are fungible with each other;
  2. (b) are instances of the same single product;
  3. (c) share the same name or identifier code; and
  4. (d) exist on:
    1. (i) the same blockchain; or
    2. (ii) the same network that uses distributed ledger technology or other similar technology.
