  1. (a) in relation to a regulated money market fund, has the meaning given in article 2(11) (Definitions) of the Money Market Funds Regulation; or
  2. (b) in relation to a money market fund authorised under the EU MMF Regulation, has the meaning given in article 2(11) (Definitions) of the EU MMF Regulation.
