redemption sum

the reference value of the sum total of qualifying stablecoins in respect of which a redemption request is received, less:

(a) any redemption fee; and
(b) any currency exchange fees which may be incurred by the qualifying stablecoin issuer in meeting the redemption request in a currency chosen by the holder where that currency is different to the reference currency.
