    the following types of cash access service:

      1. (a) a cash deposit service in relation to relevant personal current accounts that is provided free of charge;
      1. (b) a cash deposit service for businesses;
      1. (c) a cash withdrawal service in relation to relevant personal current accounts that is provided free of charge; or
      1. (d) a cash withdrawal service for businesses.
