- (for an IFPRU investment firm and an overseas firm in SYSC 19A1.1.1R(1)(d) that would have been an IFPRU investment firm if it had been a UK domestic firm ) has the meaning given in SYSC 19A.3.4R which is, in summary, an employee whose professional activities have a material impact on the firm’s risk profile, including any employee who is deemed to have a material impact on the firm’s risk profile in accordance with the Material Risk Takers Regulation.
