trading venue

      1. (1) (except in FINMAR ) a regulated market, an EU regulated market, an MTF or an OTF.

      1. (2) (in FINMAR) (as defined in article 2(1)(l) of the short selling regulation):
        1. (a) a UK regulated market within the meaning of point (13A) of article 2(1) of MiFIR;
        1. (b) a UK multilateral trading facility within the meaning of point (14A) of article 2(1) of MiFIR.
