making arrangements with a view to transactions in qualifying cryptoassets

the regulated activity specified in article 9Y(2) of the Regulated Activities Order (Arranging deals in qualifying cryptoassets), which is, in summary, making arrangements with a view to a person who participates in the arrangements for the buying, selling, subscribing for, or underwriting of a qualifying cryptoasset, whether as principal or agent.
