(in COLL) (in relation to units) a cancellation of a unit by:
- (a) an ICVC; or
- (b) the trustee, or the authorised unit trust manager where permitted by the trust deed, of an AUT; or
- (c) the depositary, or the authorised contractual scheme manager where permitted by the contractual scheme deed, of an ACS.
