a requirement included in:

1. (a) a firm's Part 4A permission under section 55L(3) of the Act (Imposition of requirements by the FCA), section 55M(3) of the Act (Imposition of Requirements by the PRA) or section 55O of the Act (Imposition of requirements on acquisition of control); or
2. (b) a safeguarding institution's authorisation or registration under Part 2 of the Electronic Money Regulations or Part 2 of the Payment Services Regulations.
